Answer: We are manufacture. We have our own factory located in Zhongshan City, which is specialized in manufacturing on metal gifts .

Answer: It depends on your ordered item and quantity. Normally , we can finish the bulk products within 15 days after DP payment.

Answer: The freight will be given by the freight company based on your Gross Weight and CBM.

Answer: Yes, we ship every order with their Tracking Number, and you can view the shipment staus on the corresponding website

Answer : 30% deposit first,Then we start production, nearly finished with 2 days, 70% balance will be paid before shipping.
